Follow these steps to change the designated payment method for your product subscriptions.
- Go to your WNYPress
Subscriptions page. You might be prompted to sign in. - Next to the product(s) with the payment method you want to change, select the checkbox.
- At the top of the page, select Update Payment.
- Select the desired payment method.
- If you want to add a new payment method, select New Payment Method. Enter the required payment details, then select Save.
- Select Update Payment Method. The payment method for your selected product(s) will update once your changes are saved.
Note: For products that are set to automatically renew: If the selected payment method can’t be charged at billing time, we may try another payment method that has been successfully used before.
